We had three roofs redone in full by Lakeside Roofing and it was completed in three working days.  To say we were impressed is an understatement.  Not only was the quality of the work excellent, their work ethic was as well.  From our very first meeting with Shaun to final follow up, they arrived when they said they would, worked into the evening and cleaned up to where you'd barely known they had been there.  The workmen were pleasant and respectful and spent every moment hard at work.  The final cost was a pleasant surprise, so reasonable and lower than we expected.  Lately, we have felt that customer service has been shoved aside by so many companies and retailers.  It is at the bottom of the list when it should be number one.  Lakeside Roofing and its people have renewed our belief that there are companies with integrity, putting the client first.

From start to finish Lakeside Roofing kept us informed and up to date. Our 20 year roof was leaking and causing issues. Shaun pointed out our problem areas and we agreed a new roof was needed. I am very pleased with my new max definition shingle roof put on my house last week by Lakeside Roofing Co.

I had a good experience working with Tyler the project manager. He came to the house to go over all the details and took pictures to show me where there were missing shingles and had been damage around the fireplace and chimney. He was present most of the time and also came after completion to check that everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing a new roof.

I had just bought a house in Grand Haven in September, and after the initial home inspection, had some roof concerns, so I called Lakeside Roofing for a roof inspection. Shaun contacted me and we set up a time. He was on time, took the time to address my concerns, and explained everything thoroughly. Turns out there were no issues, so Shaun didn’t even charge me for the inspection. At some point in the near future, the roof will need to be replaced, and I’ll be calling Lakeside Roofing to do the work. Great experience.

Shaun is an absolutely top notch professional as are the crews who work for him.  They did my roof with two chimney's and a large valley with a double layer tear off in 11 hours.  After they were done, you'd would have never known they had done any work.

Communication from the foreman was excellent, Shaun showed up around lunch time to check in with how things were going and made sure his guys were staying hydrated and safe.

Truly cares about the work he puts his name on.  He is incredibly transparent on the costing and his recommendations, definitely refreshing to see that in the contractor world.
